Q6. What happens if my plans change and I forget to change or cancel my reservations? Will I be charged? |

Answer: The Client must notify Noah's Ark hotel's customer services representative written via e-mail or by fax, if he/she wishes to cancel the registration, change registration dates. The notifications must be done at least 2 (two) business day in advance till 02:00 pm in order to avoid paying cancellation fee. Cancellation fee equals 30% of reservation fee. |

Answer: When a reservation is for two or more guests, at least one occupant must be 21 years of age or older if any other occupant staying in that room is age 18 or under. If there is any question about an age restriction it is suggested you call the hotel directly. |
